David Dolinsky

David Dolinsky is a graduate from Georgia State University Law School in 1999.   He earned a degree in Finance from the University of Miami with Honors in 1994 with a minor in business management.  He served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Craig Schwall and the Honorable Ural Glanville from 1999-2001.  He then joined Macey Wilensky in 2001 as an associate and Isenberg & Hewitt in 2008.    The Law Offices of David R. Dolinsky were opened in 2015.

David works with clients who operate small businesses and are looking for an attorney with a wide range or skill and experience.   With 25 years of experience David provides small business clients with the advice they need to grow.      

David’s experience as a commercial litigator allows him to help small businesses complete their business transactions and enforce their rights.  His knowledge of the litigation process and experience in Court allows him a unique perspective when drafting contracts, shareholder agreements and operating agreements.  

David works to provide his clients with good advice and looks for ways to resolve conflicts before his clients incur significant litigation costs.  However, when it is necessary to show strength, nobody fights harder than David.
