David R. Dolinsky is a commercial litigator with 15+ years of legal experience, representing businesses in their formation and growth. He pursues contractual rights of businesses while giving real world advice that allows for good business decisions. He advises businesses on their legal rights and considers the time, energy and money needed to pursue those rights. He has a practical approach to representing businesses and the people who make these businesses a success.
David has experience in commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiations, fraudulent transfers, secured transactions and commercial property transactions involving landlords and tenants. He strives to help businesses looking to avoid litigation through good contract drafting while being ready to enforce the rights, duties and obligations in those contracts through his knowledge and experience.
David spent a combined 13 years with two of Atlanta’s best boutique commercial litigation and creditor’s rights law firms, after serving for two years as Staff Attorney for Judge Craig L. Schwall, Judge Ural D. Glanville, and Judge Diane Bessen in the Magistrate and State Court Presiding division. He graduated from the Georgia State College of Law in 1999 (J.D.) where he competed in Moot Court competition, and from the University of Miami in 1994 (B.A. Finance, with honors). He also served as a clerk for the State Court of Fulton County for two years before his admittance to law school.
David is a member of the Creditor’s Rights sections of the State Bar of Georgia. He speaks at creditor’s rights seminars regarding topics such as personal property foreclosures, emerging issues in collection law, and the doctrine of equitable subrogation.
